Automation Needs AI was built around that idea — for HVAC companies and medical aesthetic practices specifically, because both run on the phone and the calendar, and both lose real revenue in the same predictable places: unanswered calls, unfollowed leads, no-shows, and customers who quietly stop coming back.

Antoine's background

Antoine spent five years in high-ticket sales, completing more than 4,000 sales calls, generating nearly $4.9 million in collected sales across multiple high-ticket offers, reaching a $52,500 commission month, and ranking in the top three on a 192-person sales team.

Alongside direct sales, Antoine trained other sales professionals and worked as a director of marketing and sales, including selling AI-powered tools and education to real estate investors — giving him a firsthand view of how AI adoption actually plays out inside a sales organization, not just how it's marketed.

Working across both well-run and poorly-run sales teams, Antoine saw a consistent pattern: businesses with better systems and consistent follow-up kept pulling ahead, while others lost real opportunities simply because staff were overloaded and follow-up was inconsistent. That observation is the reason Automation Needs AI exists.

Psyrille's background

Psyrille leads the marketing and copywriting side of Automation Needs AI, combining marketing strategy, AI automation, and conversion-focused messaging to help businesses turn more leads into revenue.

Before Automation Needs AI, Psyrille worked as a copywriter for a digital marketing agency, building sales systems, email campaigns, lead-nurturing sequences, follow-up systems, and conversion-focused copy for digital marketing and self-development offers — work that contributed to over $2 million in sales, including high-ticket retreats sold through email marketing and strategic follow-up.

That experience shaped a focus on what happens after a lead comes in: how quickly they're contacted, how consistently they're followed up with, and how effectively that opportunity turns into a paying customer — the exact gap Automation Needs AI's systems are built to close.

Why we built this

The technology may be new. The principles behind it aren't: respond quickly, follow up consistently, make booking easy, and never let a qualified opportunity disappear. Automation Needs AI exists to help HVAC companies and medical aesthetic practices adopt AI in practical, specific ways — so their people can spend time on the conversations that need a human, not repetitive administrative work.
