Automation Needs AI ("we", "us") is a B2B lead generation agency. We run targeted cold email campaigns for business clients. You can contact us about this policy at antoine@automationneedsai.com.

- When you book a call or email us: your name, email address, company and any business details you choose to share.
- When you become a client: information needed to run your campaign, such as your ideal customer profile, qualification criteria and contact details for the people on your team who receive leads.
- When we run campaigns for clients: professional business contact information about prospects, such as name, job title, company, business email address and publicly available company details.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and hold strategy calls.
- To plan, run and report on lead generation campaigns for our clients.
- To send business outreach to prospects on our clients' behalf, and to deliver interested, qualified prospects to the client the campaign was run for.
- To meet legal obligations and keep records of our agreements.
We do not sell personal information.

We contact business professionals about services relevant to their role. Every campaign email includes a way to opt out. You can also email antoine@automationneedsai.com at any time to stop further emails or to ask what information we hold about you, and we will honor that request.
Service providers
We use third-party tools to run our business, including a scheduling tool for booking calls, email sending and inbox tools, and data providers for business contact research. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts of its own. Our booking page is hosted by our scheduling provider, which has its own privacy policy.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
