Automation Needs AI provides AI voice agent implementation and revenue-recovery system design and management for HVAC companies and medical & aesthetic practices. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement signed by both parties — not on this website.
3. Engagement Terms
Engagements do not require a long-term contract. Fees, implementation timelines, and scope are agreed upon in writing before work begins, on a per-client basis.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of any agreed system depends on the client providing the access, information, and approvals needed to build and launch it. Delays caused by missing access or information may affect the agreed timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Automation Needs AI retains ownership of its underlying technology, methodology, and any general-purpose tools or frameworks used to build a client's system. Client-specific configurations, call flows, and content built for a particular client's business remain usable by that client for the duration of their engagement, as further defined in their individual agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Automation Needs AI provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of specific business results, revenue outcomes, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automation Needs AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the individual signed agreement for that engagement. General website use may be discontinued by either party at any time.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
